Fred Stegmann

Fred is a Senior Associate at Infinite Partners. Fred's dedication to unearthing investment opportunities is second to none. His extensive experience and academic prowess add immense value to our organisation, ensuring that we continue to excel in delivering optimal solutions for our clients. 

Fred's academic journey began at the University of Cape Town, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree (Hons) in Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management. During this program, he gained a comprehensive understanding of financial analysis, economics, and statistics, establishing a strong foundation in equity valuation, corporate finance, portfolio construction, and derivatives. Building on this success, he pursued a Master's Degree in International Business and Emerging Markets at the University of Edinburgh Business School, where he demonstrated his prowess in exploring international business landscapes and emerging markets, earning him recognition through the prestigious Business School's Commonwealth Scholarship.

Fred joined Infinite Partners in 2023 Q1 and hit the ground running as part of the team that completed Infinite Partners’ investment into e4. Before joining Infinite Partners, he spent 5 years at Ninety One Asset Management as an analyst in the Ninety One Value Fund. 

He currently serves on the boards of e4 and Synerlytic Holdings.
